- You are the interface to our customers – you answer inquiries by email in a solution-oriented and individual manner and always find the best solutions.
- You maintain all customer-relevant data in our ERP system.
- Our customers come first for you – you handle complaints and returns with sensitivity, keep track of order statuses, and stay in close contact with other team members.
- You ensure next-level customer satisfaction – you collect feedback, identify positive as well as negative aspects, and communicate these internally.

What you ideally bring with you

- You have a school leaving certificate, very good German and English skills.
- You enjoy communicating and consulting with customers daily.
- You are reliable, conscientious, maintain a structured way of working, and have good organizational skills.
- You are quick on the keyboard, working on the PC is your thing, and you have basic technical understanding.
- You are enthusiastic about jewelry & lifestyle topics, develop into an expert in this area, and engage with our products so that you can offer optimal advice.
- Ideally, you have already gained some experience in customer support.
